The Town of Banff has three outdoor ceremony locations available for rent. All their indoor / outdoor locations, including the Central Park Gazebo, Tunnel Mountain Reservoir and the Fenlands Meadow are listed on this page, with the current prices. All set-up and take down of any equipment or décor has to be done within the booked time. Please consider this when submitting your rental application.

Banff requires a completed rental application to be submitted to start a booking. This application can be found on-line as well.
The Tunnel Mountain Reservoir, while it is the most popular location due to the stunning view, has limitations that include no power, washrooms, or shelter. There is limited parking and the Town of Banff does not recommend this location for groups over 150 people. If you are not staying at an adjacent property they recommend that you bus your guests to the site.
The Town of Canmore has two outdoor ceremony locations available for rent. The resident fee is $150+gst for 3 hours and the non-resident fee is $300+gst for 3 hours.
Quarry Lake Park offers outstanding mountain views in a natural setting. Accessibility to the ceremony site is by pathway. Parking area is approximately 300 metres from site and pit toilets are nearby.
Riverside Park is located on the East bank of the Bow River. This park is more manicured and offers beautiful views of the river and of the majestic Three Sisters. The site is close to downtown and has easy accessibility. There is limited parking and no on-site washrooms.
